Lucie founded the Mount Royal Chamber Flutes in 2009 when some of her advanced private students were looking for chamber playing opportunities.  The group is celebrating it’s 10th anniversary this year and has grown from 7 to 26 members! The community that builds up around these ensembles is most gratifying.

The world of flute chamber music has erupted this past decade, with stunning new compositions and transcriptions available. 

Lucie also started a flute ensemble at Western Canada High School in the winter of 2014.  With an initial group of 5 keen students, the flute ensemble now boasts a membership of 15+ annually!
